WHO WE HELP
Children, youth and young adults
The future of any country rests on the shoulders of the younger generation. They are the little plants that need to be handled with care – so they can be ready to build a better and stronger Haiti. The Haitian population is very young. More than 50% of young people in Haiti do not make it to the second half of secondary school.
INHO wants to bring these youth a reason to hope. What is that reason? Education!
Education is the key to the development of any country. INHO works to form the future leaders of tomorrow.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS
In Haiti, more than 50% of children do not attend school. The majority of children who have the opportunity to go to school do not finish.
FARMING
We have a goat farm. INHO children and youth convene every day, before and after school.
AGRICULTURE
Haiti’s agricultural sector is subject to natural disasters (storms, floods, drought), poor soil quality, as well as limited access to modern technology and practices.
EDUCATIONAL RECREATION
We organize various workshops that include activities such as face painting, singing, dancing, handcrafting, playing sports, and a book club.
REFORESTATION
Children and young adults attend a workshop and the following day plant trees in the area.
